Scale Your Business Sustainably with a Strategic Service Suite

How it started:

Artisha came to us tired of starting over from scratch with each high-level client; she needed a more streamlined approach to working 1:1 with clients. She very much wanted her clients to have a baseline understanding of funnels & high-level business strategy so they could make informed decisions throughout the implementation process. However, her services are highly technical, so she struggled to find a way to "catch them up to speed" without overwhelming them or burying herself in hours of repetitive information.

She also wanted to expand her streams of income. She knew her ideal client wanted a custom done-for-you solution and the ability to learn a high-level business strategy on their own time, but did not know what offers to bring to market that would truly serve them. Lastly, Artisha was looking to maximize customer lifetime value by offering her customers increasingly comprehensive services as their level of sophistication with funnels grew.

The Concept:

Artisha knew she wanted to build out a sustainable business model that took advantage of multiple streams of income as a multi-passionate business owner. Because she already had her client archetype nailed down, we could dive straight into developing a strategic service suite for her. We took the time to understand her business functions, needs, and desires to properly pinpoint what she wanted for herself and her business.

Through our time together, we were able to bounce ideas off of each other to craft a suite of offers and free front-end options to capture her target community. Specifically, the offerings created were in alignment with her niche-specific specialty (funnels) that met clients where they were at with varied services based on their degree of experience or need.

The Blueprint:

To develop Artisha’s strategic service suite, we engaged in 3 in person meetings to strategize and plan in real time. Total time together equated to 8 hours plus follow up support on Voxer. Each meeting lasted about 2-3 hours and the days were back-to-back. Each meeting built on the last and after the in person experience, Artisha was given action steps so that she knew exactly what she should do next to expand her income.

The Objective:

The primary objective was to showcase Artisha’s unique expertise through multiple self-study offers and done-for-you work. It was important that each of her products and services built on one another (an ascension model) as her consumer became more sohpisticated, required further technical services, and were adequately prepared to be taken through Artisha’s accelerated Funnel buildout services. Artisha wanted to get to a place where she could still offer done-for-you work to her clients without constantly repeating core foundational elements as repeating core elements ultimately adds to project length decreasing package profitability.

How It's Going:

One of the first tasks was to cut additional elements from her service suite that did not have a through line to her multiple 5 figure offerings. She had a lot of "fluff" included that had nothing to do with funnel build outs (think Canva templates or pre-written captions) simply to make them feel more full and provide a more well rounded service. Artisha is a highly specialized technician, she didn't need fluff.

Alisha then outlined preliminary packages that were so in alignment with Artisha’s Zone Of Genius, that she was overjoyed to start implementing. For the first time ever, Artisha could SEE the future of her business, we had cleared all the clutter and she had a vision of her services that deeply aligned with how she wanted to serve.

Once we knew what she could deliver, we had to develop teaching points to give her audience a high level quick win and flex her expertise. Breaking down technical jargon in a manner that connects with her audience was required in order for them to get buy in. This would help with Artisha not having to continuously repeat herself, she had resources she could reference instead.

Once we had the skeleton of the offerings, we were intentional about providing a transformation throughout the customer journey regardless of whether they were new in business or ready to scale. We created something for each client archetype, to meet them where they were at. At each gradution point, the client was offered an opportunity to opt in for a self study course or ascend up to a higher ticket package.

But, all of this has to be sustainable for the business owner as well. Artisha was given varied pathways to send her audience (on the backend) based on budget and Artisha's availability. If she was at capacity, we built-in an option for them to go through a self study course + Integration day offer. If Artisha had the bandwidth and it matched their needs, they could enroll into her accelerated funnel blueprint service. All of this gives her flexibility to capture clientele at various stages while being able to scale the business.

And you know it wouldn't be a P10 suite if it didn't have a built-in passive income stream. So we designed a maintenance plan package to increase the lifetime value of her clients, implement done for you work that support her funnels, and create a stacked income without being time bound to her clients.

The last pieces we worked on were ideas for front end lead magnets to call in her ideal audience, which really helps with interconnectedness of the offers, making her services approachable, and decreasing the overwhelm associated with how technical her work is.

The Takeaways:

Often times less is more, as was the case for Artisha. Staying hyperfocused on a niche area, restricting the desire to continually offer "more," and being mindful of making content accessible underpinned our strategy with her. We specialize in is sustainability and scalability. One way we do that is ensuring that every piece of content has a throughline in your business and that it speaks directly to the work you do. This creates a snowball effect, continually applying momentum on the flywheel that is your business.

Even though Artisha was doing just fine in business, her model wasn't sustainable and certainly not scalable. We took her from overwhelmed to overjoyed. She now has the infrastructure to take this business beyond what was possible with her previous approach and the means to meet people where they're at, regardless of their level of sophistication with her technical expertise.
